The QLS820 was a fantastic concept. It breaks the build volume and powder supply into a "build unit," allowing for near complete uptime of the printer itself. The refill, heating, cooling, and parts breakout can all happen offboard.
There were some kinks to work out, but it was a great system.
Nexa3D is a fantastic company. I didn't have too long a tenure there, but they're doing great things.
